Cancellation Policy
Football Coaching Sessions - Cancellation Policy To ensure that we can continue providing high-quality coaching and accommodate all of our players, we have established the following cancellation policy for all football coaching sessions. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Booking and Confirmation All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via [email, phone, website or social media.] A booking is confirmed once payment is received (if applicable) or the session is confirmed by our team. 2. Cancellation by the Client If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we ask that you provide notice as follows: More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will be charged. 3. No-Show If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), 50% of the session fee will be charged. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 48 hours before the original session time. We will do our best to accommodate your new requested time. Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours of the original time may be subject to the same cancellation fees as outlined above. 5. Cancellation by the Coach In the unlikely event that the coach needs to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will either be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. 6. Weather-Related Cancellations In case of inclement weather or conditions that prevent a safe coaching session (e.g., extreme weather, field closures), the session may be canceled or rescheduled. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered. 7. Refunds Refunds for canceled sessions are only issued when the cancellation is made in accordance with the cancellation policy (more than 48 hours notice for full refund). 8. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In exceptional cases, we may make reasonable accommodations regarding cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. 9. Agreement By booking a session with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
